Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Intense, fruity and ripe raspberry notes. Also woody raspberry notes. Straightforward, some dried herbs and spices on the palate, with mushroomy raspberry nuances mid-palate. A medium-long, slightly tart finish ending with pithy fruit notes.
