Light golden yellow. Intense, ripe fruit, pomaceous fruit, pear, some apricot, subtle hints of candied lemon peel and brioche, also tropical fruit nuances. Slightly sweet on the palate with extremely fine, creamy mousse, well-integrated, ripe acidity and mineral-salty impressions in the finish.

Pale golden yellow. Intense, ripe fruity nose with notes of pome fruit, especially pear and quince, apricot and candied citrus fruit, complemented by hazelnuts and brioche. This sparkling wine has a creamy, fine mousse on the palate. Ripe, rather restrained acidity, complemented by a fine dosage, again fruit notes, subtle tropical nuances. Long finish.
