Bright, luminous lemon yellow. Delicate bouquet of crab apple, Bach flowers, fine lemon balm and subtle citrus notes. A very fine mousse on the palate with a creamy mouthfeel, accompanied by a tasty, delicately tart grapefruit note and lively acidity. A pleasantly long, spicy finish.
