Philippe Bovet is both a visionary and a doer. He came to viticulture in 1982 when his father took over the family's 200-year-old farm in Givrins. Bovet took a liking to the tiny vineyard and trained as an oenologist. In 2002, he started his own business and built a cellar with a large press and many small vats. Today, the jack-of-all-trades from the Vaud region cultivates a total of 14 grape varieties and develops them into 34 individual crus. Wine lovers are spoilt for choice here.
