Golden yellow colour. Starts on the nose with roasted notes, peanuts, some popcorn and caramelised pear. These are joined by shiitake mushrooms and smoky herbs. Smooth attack, the ripe acidity and sweetness are in balance; long finish, with mushroom terrine.
