Falstaff Weinguide Schweiz 2024/25

The Domaine du Satyre in Begnins was founded in 1940 by René Graff, a lover of Burgundy grape varieties. From the very beginning he was aware of the importance of healthy soils and biodiversity for the production of authentic terroir wines. In 2006 third generation Noémie Graff joined the business, since when she has since managed it, converting it to organic farming. The domaine is also a founding member of the Swiss Association for Natural Wines. .
