Tasting from 15.10.2024: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

There are aromas of dark fruit on the nose, with blackberry, plum, spicy mineral notes, wet stone, some white pepper, as well as showing individual nuances reminiscent of citrus. It is rather full-bodied on the palate, with lots of fruit but not a bit sweet, again dark fruit, some ripe apple, gripping medium-fine tannins, a ripe acidity, and a medium long finish.
