Light white-gold colour. Apple and citrus notes on the nose: some bergamot, light stone fruit and yeasty nuances, subtle honey, and subtle floral and savoury hints. Medium breadth on the palate, with a medium-fine mousse and ripe acidity. Lingers long on fruit nuances.
