Tasting Notes
Straw yellow in colour. Some caramel on the nose, with yeast and buttery undertones. The palate opens soft and supple, with a noticeable sweetness, before the fresh mousse refreshes the mid-palate, and berry-like aromas on the finish recall Pinot Noir as the base.
More about the tastingCream coloured, almost blanc-de-noirs. A berry, but also slightly nutty and lactic aroma emerges from the glass. The mousse is quite brisk, the sweetness more pronounced than the acidity, but the nuanced and clear palate fruit keeps the sparkling wine balanced overall.
