Tasting Notes
Clear silver, subtle green reflections. On the nose clear aromas of wet stone, fresh citrus fruits and a touch of yellow peach. On the palate, precise with balanced, animating fruit and a burst of fresh acidity with a slight subtle bitter note on the finish. Still very young and would benefit from a few months in the bottle for full integration.
