Brilliant silver-grey with greenish reflections and fine mousse. Subtle aromas of pear, white peach and wet stone as well as citrus zest. The palate has a lot of fruit, is slightly foamy and has medium length.
More about the tastingClear silver-grey with delicate green reflections. Clear nose of wet stone and fresh citrus fruit with a hint of yellow peach. Precise on the palate with well-balanced, animating fruit, the acidity is briefly high. Very slightly bitter finish – currently still young, needs a few more months in the bottle to come together completely.
