Bright, shimmering straw yellow. Fragrant and distinctive on the nose with juicy pear, glacier ice and elderflower, with hints of jasmine and a subtle mineral note on the finish. Soft and with a fine mousse on the palate, elegant balance of fresh acidity and ripe fruit.
