Light pink-red with orange shimmer and a fine mousse. Inviting nose of wild strawberry and fresh cherry, followed by a hint of milk bread and a hint of herbal savouriness. Harmonious on the palate with a creamy texture, balanced, invigorating acidity and a juicy, savoury finish.
