Bright greenish yellow with golden reflections and persistent mousse. Fine nose of apple and citrus fruit, also reminiscent of candle wax, with a subtle hint of marzipan on the finish. Crisp on the palate, with airy mousse and a clear fruit core, stretches across the palate with light drive and shows fine wood savouriness, balanced in the finish.
