Tasting Notes
Intense mineral aromatics, but also clear notes of fruit, promising great development, red cherries. Enveloping palate, suppleness, ripe grainy tannins, a backbone of acidity completely integrated into the body. Pointed, very long finish where the minerality increases to almost electrifying perceptions.
More about the tastingThe nose shyly reveals little of itself. Blackcurrant, cherry and ethereal overtones are recognisable. It becomes explicit on the palate: impetuous tannins on the attack, slightly drying, but well balanced by the extract-rich fruit. Power!
