Tasting Notes
Smoky fruit on the nose, cherry and blackcurrant, some yeast, rose hip and roasted almond, pine needle. Initially smooth on the palate with soft acidity, but quickly develops drive and tension with extract and grippy tannins, delicate fruit notion, dry, phenolics and with a long finish.
