The white wine »BB« Bischoffingen Grauer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Bischoffinger Winzer has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Spicy varietal character on the nose with hints of pear, walnut and dried flowers as well as smoky minerality. On the palate with a good balance of freshness, substance, fullness and mineral notes, rounded off by fine fruit sweetness, pear and quince, fine citrus finish.
