Tasting Notes
Complex aromas: milk chocolate, subtle herbs and an almost truffly undertone, with a fine barrel-derived patina. In the mouth there is very fine tannin in large quantities, giving long-lasting phenolic drive. Juicy underpinnings and a fine, nervy acidity fit well with vivid, very natural (crunchy) fruit and a mineral, very homogeneous finish.
