Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Fresh grapefruit, white tropical fruit, a hint of ripe gooseberry and tangerine, expressive bouquet, smoky herbal spice, a touch of almond, a note of manzanilla. Taut, fine melon, a little pineapple, discreet acidity, salty texture, elegant, seems very light-footed, the fine sherry touch is very animating and makes the wine a great food wine. Actually vinified with the addition of a small amount of dry sherry from Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
