Deep ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre glints at the rim. Delicate ethereal nuances, a hint of cassis and mint, subtle note of bergamot, dark hedgerow fruit. Juicy, elegant, mineral, fine tannins, fresh acidity, salty finish, an animating food wine.
