Tasting Notes
Deep carmine garnet, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Delicate dried spices, velour, liquorice and small black forest berries, a hint of prunes and candied orange zest. Medium complexity, silky texture, red berry fruit, ripe, well-supporting tannins, has freshness and length, delicate saltiness on the finish, still very young, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
