Medium golden yellow. Yellow ripe pear, raspberry and sloe with a touch of fresh bread on the nose. A plucky, grippy mousse and a fine tart note from the wood challenge the palate and are balanced by well-balanced sweetness and acidity. A savoury aftertaste.
