Golden yellow colour. Refined aromas of brioche, ripe yellow fruit, roasted almonds and fresh brioche. Tasty, juicy acidity, subtle vanilla notes and a creamy, mild, enveloping mousse. Cherry on the finish, with precise mineral notes in the aftertaste.
