Tasting Notes
Intense, dark ruby red with a slightly brighter rim. Restrained nose, after aeration some green bell pepper, white pepper and cinchona bark. Juicy and fresh on the palate, then slightly harsh tannins. Remains somewhat restrained in the finish, also still very young.
