The red wine Collazzi Rosso Toscana IGT, vintage 2016 from the winery Tenuta Collazzi has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense, dark ruby red with a slightly brighter rim. Restrained nose, after aeration some green bell pepper, white pepper and cinchona bark. Juicy and fresh on the palate, then slightly harsh tannins. Remains somewhat restrained in the finish, also still very young.
