The red wine Collazzi Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Tenuta Collazzi has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points.
Rich, deep dark ruby with a purple shimmer. A very fleshy, appealing nose with distinctive berry fruit - blackberry and elderberry in particular, with dark chocolate in the background. Hearty, gripping tannins define the attack and finish, but there's also a fine fruit-led texture and chocolate notes again on the finish.
