Tasting from 30.08.2018: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale straw yellow with a slight green tinge. Appears fresh on the nose with slightly greenish nuances, nettle. Bone-dry on the palate, quickly grabs hold, fine salt and good acidity, lacks a bit of persistence on the finish.
