Tasting Notes
Damp flint and black truffle show a clear, smoky minerality. There's a lemon tartness alongside the full bouquet of stone fruit from vineyard peach to fresh apricots. Some subtle toasty aromas underlay it all. The palate is complex, with fine white fruit nuances alongside a very tight and lively structure. Lemony aspects make for an extremely fresh finish.
