The white wine Meursault Premier Cru Les Caillerets AOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine Jean-François Coche Dury has been rated in 2017 by Ulrich Sautter with 94+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Cote de Beaune in France.
According to Raphaël Coche's characterization, a cru with "fine earth in a hot place". Balsamic and floral, lime blossom, soft and full on the palate, mild acidity, broad and concentrated, integrated alcohol, an unobtrusive savoury richness that fans out delicately on the finish. Mild, but also enigmatic wine.
