The red wine Volnay Premier Cru AOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine Jean-François Coche Dury has been rated in 2017 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Cote de Beaune in France.
Assemblage of grapes from Taillepieds (21 ares) and Clos des Chênes (16 ares). Violet, fresh sweet cherry. On the palate dense and highly elegant, fine-grained firm tannin, closed with enigmatic juiciness, long and finely fruity with subtle minerality underpinning the fruit on the finish, a note of red Kampot pepper.
