The white wine Bourgogne Aligoté AOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine Jean-François Coche Dury has been rated in 2017 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Aligoté from the region Cote de Beaune in France.
Mineral on the nose, apple, iron, initially savoury, juicy on the palate, medium-weight with ripe acidity, surprisingly elegant for the variety and exceptionally long lasting. An Aligoté with a lot of structure and tactile minerality. But not hard or rough, a noticeably refined example.
