The white wine Clos Ste. Hune Alsace Riesling, vintage 2019 from the winery Domaine Trimbach has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Alsace in France.
Harvested on October 7th. Production quantity: 700 cases (12 bottles each). A hint of raisin on the nose, with air contact: Peach, almond, flint, also crushed rock notes. Fresh on the palate, full of tension, still yeasty in the aromas, lively acidity, salty, full-bodied, building up a chalky richness with oxygen contact, rich and yet balanced by acidity and minerality.
