The sekt Perlé Rosé Brut Riserva Trento DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Ferrari Trento has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
An intense, shimmering orange-pink. Initial notes of a slight reduction on the nose, then opens up with notes of wild berries, rosehips, wet stone and hazelnuts, with an aftertaste of black bread crust. Elegant on the palate, juicy and with a vivid mousse, still young, with time to age a little in the bottle, appears very dry for a brut, good length.
