Tasting Notes
Juicy apples and apple peel on the nose, pear pulp, freshly mowed grass, freshly ground hazelnuts, fresh herbs. Juicy, supple and fresh on the palate, a dense core of bright fruit, a refined acidity, salty, well-balanced, drinking well.
More about the tastingAroma of bright fruit, apple, but also spicy-herbal notes, lime zest, freshly cut grass, some hazelnut and a subtle minerality. Very balanced and fresh on the palate, gripping, fine acidity, direct with dominant citrus fruit, clear Silvaner that is perfectly refreshing and goes well with snacks.
