Straightforward and unaffected on the palate, delicate phenolics, firm acidity and a hint of fermentation carbon dioxide, all on a clear mineral foundation. Great juiciness, both full-bodied and sophisticated. Light-hearted, a textbook Keuper-Silvaner.
