The sekt 2020 SottoSopra, vintage 2018 from the winery Gialdi Vini SA has been rated in 2021 by Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Canton of Ticino in Switzerland.
Elegant bouquet with notes of mirabelle plum, green apple and citrus fruit, as well as some subtle herbaceous-spicy hints. The palate has juicy acidity and is nicely aromatic with honey and citrus fruit. Creamy texture, fine mousse and a long finish.
