Classic nose with notes of green apple, light stone fruit and citrus, also yeasty nuances, subtle nougat. Apple-like on the palate with a medium-fine mousse, honey notes and a noticeable dosage, which is cushioned by a firm acidity. Nice length, fresh finish.
