JAHRGANG: 2023 REBSORTE: Merlot WEINAUSBAU: Traditionelle Kelterung in Edelstahltanks mit einer Maischestandzeit von 13 - 15 Tagen bei 28° - 30°C. Der Wein reift 12 Monaten in zweijährigen Schweizer Barriques.(Tessiner Eiche aus dem Onsernonetal, zusammen- gestellt in der Schweiz) ALKOHOLGEHALT: 13% Vol. FARBE: Intensives und sattes Rubinrot. BOUQUET: Vielschichtig, harmonisch und von guter Intensität. Mit Fruchtnoten von schwarzen Beeren wie Heidelbeeren und Brombeeren, sowie Röstaromen von Lakritz und leichten Gewürznoten. GESCHMACK: Weich und fruchtig. Frisch, reich, von guter Struktur. Mit reifen, saftigen Gerbstoffen und einem langen harmonischen Abgang. SERVIERTEMPERATUR: 16 - 18 ° C LAGERFÄHIGKEIT: Der Touché 2023 entwickelt seinen vollen Charakter ab Herbst 2025; bei optimaler Lagerung wird er bis 2031 und darüber hinaus seinen vollen Ausdruck behalten.
