FARBE: Intensives und sattes Rubinrot. BOUQUET: Das intensive Bukett bietet vielfältige Sinneseindrücke; darunter Früchte Noten von reifen Schwarzen Beeren wie Brombeeren, sowie Menthol und Röstaromen (Kakao und Waldnuss). GESCHMACK: Frisch und fruchtig. Mit einer guten Struktur. Die Tannine sind von ausgezeichneter Quantität und Qualität. Der Abgang ist lang, anhaltend und sehr harmonisch. SPEISE-EMPFEHLUNG: Begleitet vorzüglich Gerichte aus dunklem Fleisch, wie z.B. Schmorbraten; ideal zu Geflügel wie Perlhuhn, Taube oder Ente. SERVIERTEMPERATUR: 16 - 18 °C LAGERFÄHIGKEIT: Der D'Antan 2020 wird ab Herbst 2022 seinen vollen Charakter entwickeln; bei optimaler Lagerung bereitet er bis 2030 und darüber grossen Genuss.

Warm, inviting bouquet with notes of mocha, dried plum and blackberry confit and cherry. In addition, hints of liquorice and some pepper. Fresh on the palate, with juicy acidity and notes of dark berries. Relatively fine, discernible tannin, medium-long finish.
