The white wine Schliff Sauvignon Südtirol DOC, vintage 2022 from the winery Kellerei Sankt Pauls has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense straw yellow, brilliant. Fine aromas of ripe citrus fruit, green asparagus, elderberry and grapefruit on the nose, fine salinity, tropical fruit after a little time. Lots of berry fruit on the palate, delicate tannin, grippy, with well-integrated acidity, minimal drying on the finish, can still mature a little.
