Deep carmine-garnet colour, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Red forest berry confit with candied orange zest in the background, fine nutty flavours, some sea buckthorn. Juicy, elegant, red berry flavours, fine acidity with a hint of ragout, light-footed and animating, salty finish.
