Light golden yellow, brass touch. Ripe pear fruit, delicate hints of pineapple and blossom honey, some nutmeg, with candied mandarin zest in the background. Juicy, yellow tropical fruit, fine acidity, mineral-lemon touch on the finish, salty aftertaste, a versatile companion at the table.
