Tasting from 30.04.2026: Romana Echensperger, Valentine Mühlberger

Copper-colored, slightly cloudy. Aroma of peach skin, stewed apple, ginger and sorrel, plus clove and mustard seed. Refreshing on the palate with medium acidity and fine-grained tannins. Juicy and easy to drink, a light, summery style. A modern orange wine with a focus on lightness rather than tannin - uncomplicated and accessible.
