The red wine Barolo Margheria, vintage 2010 from the winery Massolino Vigna Rionda has been rated in 2014 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Compact, rich ruby-garnet colour. Wonderfully complex nose, one sniff and a whole landscape opens up, of ripe plums, blackberries, liquorice, also some cedar wood. Lots of ripe fruit at the beginning, then opens up with powerful, gripping tannins, salty-mineral, spans a wide arc, very long finish.
