Dried plum, but also fresh plum, hazelnut wood. Some peppery notes. Large volume, expansive, mild acidity, slowly building tannin pressure, grainy and broad, monolithic mid-palate, noticeable alcohol, soft base, aromatically very subtle and not necessarily complex.
