Medium carmine garnet colour, deep core, a light watery rim. Fine caramel, chocolatey nuances, a hint of damp wool, delicate notes of liquorice, meaty notes. Juicy, very elegant texture, finely integrated tannins, firm body, fine vegetal savouriness, a subtle bitter chocolate finale, perfectly mature, fresh acidity on the finish, orange aftertaste.
