The red wine Etna Rosso DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Pietradolce has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nerello Mascalese from the region Sicily in Italy.
Bright, luminous ruby red with slight brightening on the rim. Flint, red currants, black tea and a slight hint of blood orange on the nose. Very fresh and juicy on the palate, with a clear structure, well-integrated tannins and drive on the palate.
