Brilliant golden yellow in colour. Ripe aromas of roasted nuts, toast, candied orange, Crème Catalane and a hint of fresh bacon. Full-bodied and full-flavoured on the palate with a racy acidity and an invigorating mousse. A finely structured texture interspersed with mineral tension leads into the long finish, marked by tart quince notes and a hint of dried sage. Strong character with exceptional radiance.
