Medium, bright golden yellow in colour. An inviting bouquet of yellow peach, papaya, elderflower and fresh garrigue herbs, with a hint of orange zest. There's a fine, supple mousse on the palate, supported by tangy acidity and delicate, slightly tart nuances of curry herb and grapefruit, which lend tension and structure. Appealing length with a saline-mineral finish.
