Tasting Notes
The aroma is somewhat Riesling like (although there is no Riesling in the cuvée), with lemon balm, and lemon peel, a hint of nutmeg, and yeasty notes. On the palate there is a crisp acidity, the body is taut, and the alcohol content is rather moderate. It is a well-balanced cuvée, and is a refreshing aperitif.
