The sekt NV »Rosé Prestige« brut bio from the winery Strauch Sektmanufaktur has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Radiant salmon pink. The red Pinot fruit of redcurrant, strawberry and rose hip is joined by a distinctive herbal note. On the palate, full-bodied with juicy fruit, without kitsch with a fine sweetness, herbal savouriness, fine mousse, a rosé not only for the terrace, but also good at the table.
